We hired Primavera to do our initial cleaning in our home.  The crew was punctual and professional. Vera provided a very thorough checklist of our required services and exclusion to her staff. This initial deep clean did take about 3.5 hours to complete and it was well worth it. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless and thoroughly cleaned as were the rest of the rooms. Great attention to detail. Will be using them again in the future.

Vera and her cleaning crews are professional, courteous, and above all, stellar cleaners.  Coming home the day of our bi-weekly service is one of my favorite days of the week.  They do an incredible job.  We've used other cleaners in the past and could never count on if the cleaner would arrive or leave by a certain time (she was at our home until 6:30pm on a Friday night!).  Not so with Vera's team. They are committed to being out of their clients' homes by 3:30pm. Her office staff is great too - we get an invoice via email immediately after the cleaning day, we go to the secure pay site, and pay the bill.  Her pricing is fair and even a little lower than our previous service - especially as we don't tip with her crew.

Overall do a very good job cleaning the basics (floors, bathrooms, dusting, etc.).  Seem to be a bit higher priced than some others considering I supply the cleaning products, but they are also more consistent and thorough than some other services I've used.  The only thing I've noticed is quite a bit of turnover in the team of three to four people that come to clean.  Always seems to be new faces.  The business owner is a wonderful person and although she does not come out to clean anymore I feel that any conact I have with her (by phone) is always prompt and professional.  Overall a great business to work with.  Unless something radical changes I'll use them for years to come...

They clean my house every two weeks and generally do a good job. I would recommend them to others.

It's an ongoing. It's a wonderful group. The owner always comes with them. They are always very prompt and they do an excellent job. They are in and out. She does by the job. I would rather not say how much I spent out of courtesy to her. As far as I have checked out, their price is excellent. I use them every other week and I will continue to use them in the future.
