Later, in 2019, they expanded to a second location in Wautoma. After joining Carpet One in 2022, McCartney Carpet became a part of a worldwide cooperative with over 1,000 stores. That means their customers get the best of both worlds: the service of a local business with the savings and selection of a national chain. "I had a leaking shower...thought it was because of the plumbing but it was actually because my original shower was not installed correctly. Tom expressed concern over this and explained the cause of the problem and what needed to be done. Best experience to date with a contractor. Tom and his crew were awesome! Quick to respond, very knowledgable and great guys. Tom provided me with good information on making my tile selection. Offered top quaility products and showed me ways to save money. He even coordinated with the plumber so I didn't have to also deal with that. They estimated the job would take 1-2 weeks and it was done in a week and half. They always cleaned up before they left for the day. I will definitely use them again if the need should arise."

"Paid him over 12k for a job he said would take 6 weeks. It has been over 6 months and only completed some stairs to the camper. Has lied saying work has been completed. Still owes us over 9k and refused to pay us back. We now will be taking him to court. The picture provided is proof of his lies. I have him texting me saying he completed painting the roof. Well you can see he did not."
