"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

We've been family owned since 1975, when Byron Bertrang started our business with his sons. As our services became more and more in demand, we hired additional family members to continue the tradition. In 1990, Byron's son Scott purchased our business from his father. Now that we've grown into a well-known business, we employ about 25 local residents in Fairchild, WI, including some of our family originals.

"Just an FYI for anyone looking to reshingle their roof: I recently used Bertrang Roofing out of Fairchild, and in the beginning I was very happy with them, even recommending them to many friends and family members. I was impressed with their responsiveness and how quickly they had gotten the job done. Each time I had reached out to them, I got a reply within a couple of hours at the most. They were very friendly and helpful. That was until they finished the job and got paid. A week or so after the work was completed, this piece started coming undone. I sent a friendly text with a picture of what was going on, asking them to send someone to fix it when they got a chance. I received no response, which seemed odd to me given how prompt and kind they had been previously. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait for a bit, thinking maybe they were busy and forgot to respond but would stop by to fix it. Nothing happened for over a week, so I decided to email them the picture, again asking politely if someone could come fix it. Again, no response, but decided to give them a little time, as they were likely busy or on vacation or something. Another week or so later, I eventually called and left a voicemail. I’ve still had no response and no one has come to take care of it. You’d think at the very least, they would say, “sorry we don’t stand by our work and won’t be coming to fix it.” This to me is extremely unprofessional and downright rude, and I would definitely think twice before hiring them for a job. Hopefully this saves someone the hassle of having to deal with this in the future!"

"We had a french patio door and 11 windows replaced in our home in Stillwater, Mn. We were extremely pleased with all areas of the process. Although the project was originally planned for mid November and did not start until mid-December and the weather created a few issues, the project was completed in a timely manner once it was started. I was very pleased with our installation crew: Chris, Gabe and Tanner. They worked very hard, were very considerate and punctual. Our sales person, Chris, did an excellent job in explaining the construction and product, Marvin Infinity windows and doors. The QC inspector, Josh was extremely thorough. Very little work had to be redone but Josh made sure every scratch and defect was replaced. We were extremely pleased with the thoroughness of his work. Every member of the Lindus team was professional, polite, informative and respectful. We listen to Andy Lindus on WCCO radio and that was the reason we choose Lindus Construction. The cost of our project was high and more than I expected to pay but we are very pleased with the end result."
