We had a french patio door and 11 windows replaced in our home in Stillwater, Mn. We were extremely pleased with all areas of the process. Although the project was originally planned for mid November and did not start until mid-December and the weather created a few issues, the project was completed in a timely manner once it was started. I was very pleased with our installation crew: Chris, Gabe and Tanner. They worked very hard, were very considerate and punctual. Our sales person, Chris, did an excellent job in explaining the construction and product, Marvin Infinity windows and doors. The QC inspector, Josh was extremely thorough. Very little work had to be redone but Josh made sure every scratch and defect was replaced. We were extremely pleased with the thoroughness of his work. Every member of the Lindus team was professional, polite, informative and respectful. We listen to Andy Lindus on WCCO radio and that was the reason we choose Lindus Construction. The cost of our project was high and more than I expected to pay but we are very pleased with the end result.

Lindus Construction isn’t cheap, but they are high quality and high service. We don’t think twice about hiring them. The crew of 3-4 worked diligently for about a week and a half. There were a few unusual things they needed to figure out, and everything looks fabulous.

We'll be cancelling our order and taking them to small claims if our down payment isn't refunded. We made a down payment for LeafGuard Gutter System Installation. They promptly cashed the check and then we never heard from them again. After over 8 weeks (the maximum range they gave us) we politely asked for an update. They said they'd get back to us and never did so we reached out again and they wouldn't answer.

I had my gutters replaced by Lindus Construction over two years ago. The installation went very well with no problems. Since installation, I have been impressed that the work completed has performed as advertised. I have been pleased with the entire job. We recently replaced our old cedar deck with a maintenance free with a roof overhead. This was our first experience working with Lindus and the whole process could not have gone more smoothly! Professionalism is the best word to describe every person we dealt with! I want to commend all the workers who worked on the project! We (and others) were amazed at how tiddy the work area was cleaned up at the end of each day! I especially want to say how happy we were to have David M. working on the project from start to finish! We can't say enough good things about him! His experience, attention to detail, positive attitude and friendly smile were evident every day! David is a very talented carpenter and hard worker who is a great asset to the Lindus team! I'd highly recommend Lindus for any project you have!

Work performed as bid, timely and appears to be quality. Was not prepared for initial meeting of nearly 3 hours. Didn't realize it was a sales commission based bid and was going to be a sales pitch. Feel they are a good company who do quality work so no issue there. Just set aside 2-3 hours for first meeting and know they are pricey (worth it tho).

Replacement and installation went very well. The workmanship was excellent and replacement of windows went in a timely manner. I did not lose hardly any heat at all as windows were replaced in February. The City inspector was also very impressed with Lindus Construction workmanship.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also made suggestions to improve the flow of water from my roof by redesigning which gutters from the upper level flowed into which ones on the lower level. In addition, they addressed a problematic corner where water usually ends up in my basement. Installation was very smooth and professional. The gutters look great and after our first major rainfall, I am happy to report all the water flowed correctly and there was no water in my basement! This particular type of gutter is fairly expensive - it cost me $4,800. But keep in mind that they replace the entire existing gutter system including downspouts and extensions, plus redesign any problem areas. Plus it comes with a lifetime warranty.

Over the past few years, I have used this company for multiple projects and have never had a problem of any kind. Quality remains long after price has been forgotten and while they are slightly more expensive, I have learned that their doing what they say they will do when they say they will do it is worth the extra cost

The gutters caused ice to form which created runoff that lead to icy patches on my walkways that had never occurred with our old gutters. I was told that this is a common issue with their product and that the salesperson should have warned me in advance. He did not and now I have to worry about slips and falls all winter. The say there is nothing they can do to fix the problem. Very disappointing for the very expensive price they charge.

You indicated that this issue is not problematic on your garage where we first installed gutters, which is most likely because the garage is either unheated or has better insulation and ventilation than the portion of the home where the new gutters were installed. Very professional and courteous staff. They explained each process and answered all of my questions, They worked quickly and cleaned up the job site thoroughly when they were finished. They were quite busy but were able to address a problem with my current gutter before the permanent replacement. I am very happy with the work they did for me.

I had Lindus back out do a home makeover for me and they did just that. I had them do my Leaf Guard in 2019. Mitch happened to be my sales guy for both projects and his kindness and honesty is what made me go with Lindus in the first place. Josh in the office who took care of all my scheduling is a saint. He dealt with all my calls and questions with a smile on his face. I was anxious to get the work started and he assured me the time line. Now the group of guys who did my windows (I forgot their names) far exceeded my expectations. They worked their magic and had them all installed in 2 days. They made sure every single window was installed properly and with no damage to my old house. They were even kind enough to hang a few curtain rods and also were kind to my cats who wanted to be in the way. Now my siding crew was also just as great as the window guys. They had a bigger job and did it all with a smile on their faces. The tear off was a messy job but they got everything cleaned up and wrapped in 2 days. When the siding started to go up they ran in to some winter weather but still keep working which was great. There supervisor Brandon was great to work with. He was always so easy to speak to and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. Zach was one of the guys who worked on my project and I believe he had been doing this soe quite some time and he was very helpful as well. He even showed up on a Saturday to get all was caulking done (all while misting and cold out). Brandon and Zach's expertise helped me decide to go without all the trim around my windows as it would have been to much and for that I thank them. These 2 were also kind enough to hang my address sign project (which was heavy) and this just completed the house. The gutter guys did a quick tear off and install and it was like they never came off. The electricians who helped on my project were great as well. I want to thank Lindus for all their wonderful employees and the job they did. They took away my d and outdated home and dropped in a new and improved house.

We are extremely happy with the outcome. The salesman, crew, project managers, everyone was professional and focused on getting it done right. When we had a problem, Lindus felt with it and offered a fair solution. We are grateful for their problem solving and intent to get the best product for us. The crew would not leave until they felt it was the best work - and it was a challenge on our 1914 structure. We are pleased and happy with our beautiful house. The guys did a quick professional job installing the gutters, and taking down the old icky gutters. They cleaned up everything. It took a really long time to get it scheduled, but they did warn us it would when we signed the contract. My only complaint would be that I had to call them a couple times to get it scheduled-and I don't know how much longer it would have taken if I had just waited for them to contact me. But they came right on time once it was scheduled and did a fantastic job. I wish they were cheaper but I am told these are the best on the market and you get what you pay for. We shall see how they work-so far so good!

Extremely well throughout the seven day projects. Lindus staff and all subcontractors did high quality work and were highly professional. The roofers were amazingly hard workers. After the project was done, we have had a number of people walking by comment on what a great job Lindus did and how unusual and beautiful the new roof is. A realtor has told us the work done by Lindus will increase the resale value of our house. The project financing we received is an exceptionally good deal: no payments for a year, no interest charges.

Although Lindus was not the lowest bid we received (they were in the middle of the pack) yet because of their excellent ratings on Angie's List we selected them to do the project. Removing 14 double-hung wood windows and two large bay windows (including frames & interior trim), cutting back the exterior siding slightly, replacing with Marvin Infinity fiberglass units (including the two large bay window units) and installing new interior trim was a four day project for the crew of three. The workmen were enjoyable people to be around, they worked as a great team together and the project moved along rapidly, Chris, the supervisor and finish carpenter on the job, did flawless work. The icing on the cake was when their quality control person did an in-person final check a few weeks after completion. He literally spent two hours examining every square inch of the product and their work inside and outside. He found two small errors which will be addressed. It is doggone rare to find a company that takes this kind of pride in their work any more, but Lindus definitely does. Would we recommend them? We already have. With pleasure.
