It went great.Only 2 days to do the job.

Work was done in a speedy and professional manner. Would definitely hire them again. My son is going to have them replace his roof this summer.

Everything went very well. They arrived when scheduled and finished that same day. Dumpster arrived a day or two in advance and was picked up the day after they did the work. The area around the house was kept clean the entire time. Everyone was very professional on the crew. Bryon (owner) contacted me about a week before the scheduled work day to find out where we wanted the dumpster located and other specifics. We wanted to keep the old turbine-style vents that they were replacing with a ridge vent, so he was happy to leave them for us. Answered all of our questions. It was a pleasure to work with him. As for the price, we had another quote that was 5 times higher ($24,000), and 2 other quotes that were between $6,000-6,500 . Yakesh was the lowest and one of the best warranties as well. We got a 50 year warranty on the products from Owens-Corning and 50 year labor warranty from Yakesh. Couldn't beat that deal!

on the second day of his work, his workers opened up a broken water faucet and flooded my basement. The cost of repairs was $5,600 . It took me several weeks for Mr. Yakesh and his insurance to cover the cost. Finally they covered the cost of damage repaire.
On Sptember 21, 2012 approximately 5 weeks after completion of the new roof a storm came through Eau Claire. The new roof started leaking. I called Mr. Yakesh to please come and fix it. He didn't respond. I sent him the photographs of the damage - he didn't respond. 
Just yesterday I received a letter from him ( dated Sept.19,2016 even though the leak happened on Spt 21 ) stating that in his contract with me it is written that the workmanship is not guaranteed after the job is completed! 
My insurance is covering the repairs. 
I also have two neighbors who had similar experience with leaking roofs installed by Yakesh Roofing. Unfortunately I found it out afterward, not before I sign the contract.

They were prompt, professional, and an overall pleasure to work with.  Bryon provided a quick and fair estimate of what was needed and included copies of his insurance coverage - something another company didn't bother to show me.  He also was willing to provide an itemization of the charges - again, something that another roofing company refused to provide me when I requested it to determine why their estimate was so much higher than the insurance estimate.  My insurance adjuster even commented to me that he had received positive feedback from his other clients regarding this company and that I made the right choice when I contracted with Yakesh.

I appreciate that Bryon's team consists of local workers who were polite, friendly, and thorough.  I also was thankful that they cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day.  Additionally, I was regularly updated on their progress, which was greatly appreciated.

Went very well! Our experience was very positive....Byron is very prompt, his bid was very reasonable, gave us multiple addresses of roofs he had completed so that we could make a decision based on workmanship, very good communication, very professional folder of information and bid/warranties, etc., began/completed the job when he said he would. We liked how he and his crew protected our landscaping with use of tarps to catch debris, nails, etc and they cleaned up beautifully! The roof looks great...we would highly recommend Yakesh Roofing!

Yakesh Roofing performed all tasks as agreed upon.  They made sure that the surrounding site was clean and without a trace that they had been there except the nice roofing system that they had installed.  They were punctual, hard working, efficient and presented themselves well.  From the sales process to the finished product they did all they said they would do and got the roof in early.  Highly recommend them.

 From start to finish Bryon and his team were great. Bryon got back to me right away when I contacted him for an estimate. The information packet he provided with the bid included a reference list which enabled us to see shingles in place. This was very helpful in selecting the best option for our house. Bryon assisted us in processing the claim for the defective shingles on the existing roof and the claim settlement came promptly as a result of his efforts. We were kept informed of the timeline for the roof installation and everything was completed as promised. He answered all our questions throughout the process.

The house is two story with several dormers and the roof itself has a steep pitch -- it wasn't the easiest roof to shingle. The crew that installed the roof was great, they worked almost non-stop when they were on site. I was very impressed with how they kept our yard and the surrounding areas picked up during the installation. They ensured all the old materials and nails were picked up from the around the house and on the driveway. Bryon came back the following day to check on things and ensure that everything was done as planned.

We are very pleased with the result and would highly recommend Yakesh Roofing!!

Work was as promised on time, courteous workers, excellent job, looks beautiful!  

Very thoughtful workers too. I came home from work and as I was about to pull into the driveway, they stopped me and ran a magnetized sweeper across the driveway before they let me drive in. (Loose nails)  And there was no garbage left for me to deal with, stray nails, pieces of roofing or shingles etc. So I personally would recommend them to anyone! I'm very impressed.

I saw all of the positive reviews for Yakesh Roofing on Angie's list so I gave Bryon a call.  He got back to me the same day & came out to see the roof the next day.  The following day the quote was in the mail.  I was very impressed with his promptness.  His price was very reasonable, so I accepted the bid & they started work the very next week.  His crew was very polite & respectful.  They had the worst weather conditions I have ever seen for roofing, rainy, cold windy weather almost every day.  But, they came & worked whenever the rain stopped & finished on time.  Their workmanship is excellent.  I can't say enough good things about this company.  They went around the house & driveway numerous time with the magnet to make sure no nails or staples were left behind.  Bryon inspected the roof & made sure everything was perfect.  Sorry to say in my lifetime I have had to deal with a number of bad contractors, so I know what a nightmare that can be.  But, I am so glad that I found Yakesh Roofing & didn't have to deal with any of that this time.

Able to go to shingle supplier to pick out shingles with tons of larger, hands on samples.  Plus was sent sample books in the packet Bryon sent in the mail with his estimate.  He also sent all of the necessary documents like his insurance info and warranty information (50 years).  We received the packet in a couple of days after he did the estimate.  He worked with me to set up a larger than usual dumpster to help me out with additional demolition projects I was working on and showed up himself before the dumpster to lay down plywood and a tarp to protect my driveway.  The team was efficient, professional, and hardworking.  Most of the roof was done in one day and was well protected after the first day from the rain that night.  They finished up the next day and cleaned up very well with magnets to get any nails or staples.  I have not found one nail in my yard.  The roof looks great!  I am also putting up a new shed myself and Bryon left me additional shingles, felt, paper, and nails for the job at no added cost.  The dumpster was gone the next day with Bryon picking up the plywood and tarp right afterwards. My neighbors were impressed with the speed, quality, and neatness of the team, especially with the variations in weather we had over the two days (rain, clear, rain, clear...).  The roof was expensive, about a $1000 more than a neighbor had done.  However, I have a 50 year warranty and they were completely done in 2 days, rather than the week and a half it took our neighbor's contractors.

We couldn't be happier!  Bryon was the first to return our phone calls and communication was excellent throughout the entire project.  Bryon and his crew were friendly and did a beautiful job!  They worked hard so we didn't have to which was a treat as we roofed our garage by ourselves taking weeks instead of two days.  The crew cleaned up as they went along so there was never a mess when they were done for the day.  We recommend Yakesh Roofing to anyone who wants the job done right the first time with no headaches.  A happy wife makes for a happy life and my wife is extremely happy!

Mr. Yakesh and his team was professional,prompt ,very thorough. They all were open to questions and went the extra mile by fixing another issue for me that I  had with my home. Their clean up was superb!
