Unacceptable.  Befort Roofing did not repair the leak.  After the original repair was done, I was informed by the property manager that the roof was still leaking.  I contacted Befort Roofing numerous times about this issue.  Befort Roofing repeatedly claimed that it would perform follow up work, but never came out the fix the problem. 
I disputed this charge on my credit card.  Befort Roofing, specifically George Hulinsky, lied to the credit card investigators and claimed that he was not told that the roof was still leaking.  Hulinsky also stated that not all repairs work and disregarded his own written guarantee that his work would correct the problem. 
The roof continued to leak and I had to hire another company to fix the leaking roof. 
In conclusion, Befort Roofing did not perform adequate work, lied when it represented that it would perform follow up work to fix the problem, lied when it claimed that it was not aware that the roof continued to leak, and did not respond to communications.  I would never hire this company to perform any further work for me.

It looks like the job was done well. We had some heat coils up on the roof and we asked them to reinstall them after they were finished. They did not do this, and I was disappointed with this. The flashing around the chimney also looks a little sloppy. Also, every time that I tried to call the home office, I could not get an answer. They were one of the lower bids that we received and they were able to quickly do the work. Although, I don't think they were very professional and I wasn't overly impressed.

This company was prompt, efficient, they did a great job cleaning up, and they gave great service.  The workers were approachable and the follow up was efficient.  All of the work they did for me has held up over the years.

The start date for roofing is always unpredictable late in the roofing season, but Brad provided regular status so that I'd know what to expect. The crew worked hard and were very nice guys. (I mention this because I've been around workers that were downright scary, and how people behave on my property does matter to me.) They protected the plants and cleaned up to my satisfaction. The roofs look great, too. The bid also included carpentry to repair storm damage on the garage. It did not include painting the new wood, but Brad did it anyway without additional charge. He also went over and above and helped me with another small project. Don't be afraid to hire this small company. They are great!

Went very smoothly they did a fast and quality job. Only the weather made them have to start a few days late.

They did a great job. They were prompt and came out and were knowledgeable. They gave us a good bid, out of the others, they were the lowest. They were very professional. We ran into a couple of problems with eaves on the roof, but they solved those nicely. They recommended a color match and it was a perfect match to our church. They cleaned up well after wards.

Called two larger company's for quotes and did not get a response, but I think because Ken's Roofing is smaller, they were able to respond and do the work fairly quickly (within 2 weeks of initial contact.) Brad suggested a number of options that would keep the cost within our budget and still address the problem of the rotting wood. I found this flexibility very helpful. When it came time to do the work, they spent 4 hours finishing the job and it looks great. They did not provide a written quote in advance (they did provide a verbal quote), but were prepared with a written quote just prior to starting the work. Also, Brad is the new co-owner as of a year or so.

The cost seemed reasonable, and the job is complete and looks to be very well done. Brad the salesperson gave us a good explanation of our options and wrote up a clear statement. The owner came out to look at one optional downspout, which we had them do, for a reasonable additional fee. They did the work pretty promptly, working around the weather. It's impressive how quickly these things go, given that this was a tear-off, etc. We have a yard with flowers, raspberries... not just lawn. Overall they cleaned up very well and promptly, including the end of each work day. Afterwards, there were a few small scraps and a couple of nails around the yard, so don't let small kids go out barefoot before you've had a look around. I recommend Ken's Roofing. I would hire them again.

Prior to starting the project, I met with Brad and explained the sensitivity with the shrubbery located around my house and my gutters. I was assured they would be protected! At the end of the project my gutters needed to be replaced. I m giving Ken s a good report because they paid for the new gutters without question and that is a good company in my mind. I felt bad that they had to pay for the gutters but it could have been avoided if they had just covered them like Brad said he would. They are a good company and I will work with them again, they just need to follow through on what they say on the font end of the project. I like companies that stand behind their work and Ken s does!

Our roof had storm and hail damage. Called our insurance agent and then called four contractors for an estimate, all from Angie's List. One of the four said he would not give me an estimate unless we signed up with him. (He did not get hired) Called all four within 1 hour I received a call back from Brad from Ken's Roofing. The last two called back within a day. All three gave an estimate but were very slow except Ken's Roofing (Brad). Made arrangement for an estimate, received the estimate the next day and stated if he was chosen he could also meet with the adjuster from our insurance company. He was very helpful with the adjuster and saw things the adjuster did not. That is why we choose Ken's Roofing. Great crew, Beautiful work, Supper clean up. Brad was very GOOD.

They came with a crew that was more than enough. They were real good and had it removed within a few hours. One man stayed behind and patched the roof. It was all done in an afternoon. Our job was just a small job that they fit in when ever they could.

Prompt and professional. The roofs have been good and haven't leaked. He recommended Watershield to me before it was required by code. When we had a really bad ice storm, the roof did not leak. He ended up saving me a lot of money. My first dealings with this company were in the late 80's and I've continued to use them.

Ken was professional and easy to deal with. He did not talk down to us. My wife said he was not intimidating to her like car mechanics can be when dealing with women. Ken came out to measure and remeasure and worked with our Insurance Co. without complaint. Work was good and no loud music. Got it done in one day.

Crew was extremely efficient. Arrived around 4:00pm and had 3 layers stripped and the main pitched room re-roofed by dark. Only thing not done on first day was rubber roof and chimney flashing. The rest was finished the next day. The only thing that I saw was they didn't use any new metal flashing and drip edge except at the chimney.

Ken's was the lowest of the three estimates I received. (The other two bidders were also on Angie's List.) The only material difference between the estimates was the guarantee. Ken's was 5 years and the other two were 10 years. Because this is a rental property, I went with the lowest bid. Ken returned my call promptly and provided a bid within three days. His crew (Ken, Jr. and Chris) arrived on time and did the work in about four hours. They invited me up on the roof both at the start and at the end of the job (at the beginning to explain what they were going to do and at the end to show what they had done). They were very informative and efficient and cleaned up completely. I was impressed and would use Ken's again.

Work went very well. Except for showing up late (previous job ran into problems they had to resolve) they did excellent work. They even helped me fix a broken rafter that I had committed to fixing.

Ken, the owner was very professional. He gave a thorough bid with all details. He was present for most if not all of the work. Workers did a very good job of protecting and clean up.

Ken Green is professional and his cost is reasonable. He provided clear answers to my questions. His crew shows up on schedule. The crew is polite and hardworking. The roof looks great.

THE OWNER CALLED TO LET US KNOW WHAT TIME THE DUMPSTER WAS TO ARRIVE & WHAT TIME THE CREW WAS EXPECTED. EVERYTHING WAS ON TIME. THE WORK DONE WAS EXCELLENT WITH LITTLE DISRUPTION TO OUR DAILY ROUTINE. THE JOB TOOK 8 HOURS TO COMPLETE. THE CREW WAS VERY CAREFUL NOT TO HARM THE LANDSCAPING. THEY DID A NICE JOB CLEANING UP AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED.

GENE WAS A VERY FRIENDLY MAN WHO WAS EAGER TO PROVIDE GREAT SERVICE. HE GAVE ME THE BEST PRICE AND DID A GREAT JOB.

KEN'S BID WAS MORE DETAILED AND LESS EXPENSIVE THAN HIS COMPETITION, AND ALTHOUGH THE BID WAS ALMOST A YEAR OLD, HE HONORED THE PRICE. I LET HIM KNOW I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT DAMAGE TO MY PLANTS/GARDEN DURING ROOFING AS WELL AS THE AESTHETICS OF THE ROOF WHERE IT INTERSECTED WITH A DORMER AND THERE HAD BEEN TAR ON THE STUCCO. KEN COMMUNICATED MY CONCERNS TO THE CREW, AND VISITED THE JOB SITE A COUPLE TIMES A DAY TO MAKE SURE MY CONCERNS WERE ADDRESSED. THE SHINGLES AND FLASHING WE CHOSE LOOK GREAT AND MY PLANTS WERE UNDAMAGED. IN ADDITION, HE FIGURED OUT HOW TO INSULATE THE FLAT PART OF MY ROOF, ARRANGE GUTTERS ETC. AND THE WHOLE PROJECT TOOK LESS THAN A WEEK. ALTHOUGH, THERE WERE SOME LITTLE PROBLEMS (DAMAGE TO GUTTERS ETC.) I FEEL THAT THE PRICE, QUALITY AND SERVICE WERE BETTER THAN I EXPECTED.

I THOUGHT THEY DID GREAT WORK, AND WERE VERY REASONABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING A NEW ROOF.
