Worked well with insurance (storm damage) and was prompt, and professional and fast. They did additional work (skylight removal) with no problems. Big, multi-level roof. No leaks, great job.

Rep came out to take a look at our roof and give an estimate. He walked around the property and said he would get back to us (call us) with an estimate. WE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM! Actually, it seemed obvious to me at the time that they weren't interested in the job. However, even if they didn't want to do the job, they could have had the courtesy to call us and tell us so!! Apparently, if your roofing job isn't to their liking they just blow you off completely. So my advise is to think twice before calling them out for an estimate. If your roof isn't "good enough" you'll never hear from them!

Contacted the contractor on Monday and by Thursday the job was done.

They paid attention to the details after the job was complete and the snow was gone they returned and picked up the debris that had gotten into the snow piles.

The owner met with me on short notice to quote the job. In addition to providing the quote, the meeting was informative about shingles, venting, and other issues and provided information helpful in my decision making. After I accepted his quote a few days later he was able to schedule the job on a timetable very convenient to my calendar. The job was completed in one day including a thorough clean up that left no nails and no debris that we could find. Landscaping and decks around our house had obviously been protected during the work. As a nice extra, (since I could not be on site during the job), the owner emailed several photos to me throughout the job allowing me to see details of the work as it progressed. And very importantly, of course, our new roof looks good.

T & M returned calls for estimates promptly and showed up promptly to do the on-site estimate. Explained everything that he would do and did a thorough written estimate. Once I accepted estimate they set up a date to do the work (weather permitting). The morning they were to do the work it was raining. However, they showed up on time and the boss said he thought the rain would stop. The rain stopped and they began the work (a couple hours late though due to rain).The worked hard trying to get it done in the one day but couldn't and had to come back the next morning to complete one section. They were here first thing in the morning the next day and finished before noon. At no extra charge they removed two old satellite dishes; replace the fireplace chimney cap and flashing. Cleaned everything up. Good looking roof and nice people. Recommend them to anyone.

We're happy with the roof, we felt like it was a reasonable price, they were very professional, it took a little longer than expected, but, they did a good job. He estimated it would take 3 days, but, it took 4 or 5. The workers were all professional, nice, and they cleaned up pretty well.
