"This company is shady and completely unresponsive. Signed a contract to have my work done Nov of 2021. Said it would be 6 weeks. I contacted the company after waiting 4 months to have my work done, I wanted to cancel the contract and have them reimburse me. I called multiple times with no response. I finally sent a later after 5 months informing them again, I do not want to do business with them. I finally received AN EMAIL response that they wouldn't cancel. Customer service is terrible and at this point, I am still waiting to be reimbursed from them. Highly recommend doing business elsewhere."

"Donahue Roofing did an amazing job at my home. Communication and quality was excellent. They advocated for me with my insurance company and I don't think my insurance would have paid nearly as much without Keeleys help. She submitted lots of extra pictures showing the hail damage. With their large crew they re-roofed my large two story home with a wrap around porch and the oversized two car garage in one long day, and cleaned it all up. I'd never go anywhere else."

"very poor work quality, I had to have them come back 3 times after the initial installation to repair damages and fix the shoddy workmanship to get the roof right and it still hasn't passed Inspection. On top of that on three other occasions they were scheduled to be there and they just didnt show up at all. They left trash in my yard and in my driveway causing a flat tire on my car due to nails left all over the driveway. I even found missing shingles on a newly installed roof, how does that happen? I also found out after the fact they were TWICE as expensive as their competitors. I called 3 different contractors after getting their final bill and found this out. Twice the price for shoddy work? I'm just glad I was able to get up on the roof and check the quality of the work and demand they corrected it. My recommendation, hire someone else. There are so many other capable company's out there. You dont need to waste your time with this one. It's not worth it."

We contacted Hemple Services, and they were at our home the next day to access damages and guide us through the insurance process. Jason the contractor, was very helpful. He showed us different types of shingles and how they should be installed properly. The work crews were on-site daily and were productive and careful not to damage numerous shrubs.
