Description of Work: Replacement of cedar shake shingles, exterior door and replace screens in screened in porch.

Description of Work: Due to hail damage, needed new roof, siding, window, and gutters. He has acted quickly and as of today the roof is complete and the siding has started. He also reshingled my shed. With his expertise in the field, he knew that orders for all the materials had to happen quickly due to the number of damaged houses and possibility of shortages on the materials.

Description of Work: My wife and I originally requested a quote on remodeling our bathroom. Jason presented his capabilities, professionalism and presentation in a convincing manner. We were very impressed and told him he was our guy and asked if it would be possible to get a quote on our entry way and have that work done first. He did respond and say of course he would give us a quote. We did all the measurements and sent then off to Jason. We did this several times because Jason told us he was not getting them via email and was having computer problems. I understood you can have problems and then it was personal problems that held him from getting back to us. We finally touched base and he gave me a couple of places to look at the tile we would purchase for the project. I called and told him we made our selection and have purchased the tile and materials. I left a couple more messages and again did get a hold of him and he said that he was just sitting down with his 'tile' person to set up schedules. I waited another week hoping to hear from Jason. We did not hear from him after I left two more messages. Finally we did talk and he turned into a different person and basically said "I don't think we have the right chemistry together". I said really. After three months of conversation and commitment on our part you just now have decided this. Fine, I will write my report on Angies list of my experience with you. His comment back was "you better be careful, because I have a good lawyer". I hung up. We honestly wanted to work with this person. Can't figure it out!

Description of Work: Completed a craft room in the bonus room above our garage. It turned out beautifully. I am very happy with Jason and his crew's work!

Description of Work: Bathroom/Master bathroom remodel.

Description of Work: Removed and hauled away old roofing material including metal edging, flashing and vents. Installed new roofing over entire house and installed pipe flashing boots and vent.

Description of Work: Complete remodel of lower level of home. Opened kitchen, dining room, formal living room to a "great room".

Description of Work: Jason replied to my phone inquiry with an interest in building a new house for us. He and his uncle came to our house and they left with the understanding that they would be one of the builders that would submit to us a bid after we gave to them a set of the plans that we had selected. My husband also wanted to meet with Jason but Jason did not return my phone calls to set up a time. So, I assume that he was no longer interested or something???? This seemed unprofessional to me. We have other builders now bidding on the job and we are looking forward to our new house.

Description of Work: Complete remodel of kitchen. Jason Hempel the owner personally met with us and gave us a price. He also supervised most of the construction. He made sure we knew when we were pushing the limits of our budgets and was great at suggesting places to save money. Our lower floor had a kitchen, living room and dining room. We did not use the living and dining room very oftern. Jason remodeled with an open floor design and we now use this entire area all the time. It is like a new house!
