They do very good work. They try very hard to do the whole job, from tear off to final cleanup in one day. They even ran short of our special shingles and made a trip to Minneapolis to get what they needed and returned that night to finish in the dark. Our only complaint was that it took over a year to get our refund. I would remind them with a phone message or e-mail every few months and finnally they resubmited and then it was only a couple weeks. It seemed they put all the effort into the initial job but lose interest in after care. Maybe they were just to busy. They are very good.

They were excellent as well as their service. They guaranteed to finish the work in one day, and they did so. They miscalculated the amount of shingles they needed, and there were specially ordered shingles, so they had to make a special trip all the way to Minneapolis on that day to get more, and they came back later that night and finished the roof. This was the one little hitch we had, but they took care of all that for us. We did get an estimate from them to do our roof again, but we ended up going with design exteriors because they were going to do the whole house. We liked the fact that they guaranteed to be here and gone in a day, and I went to work that morning and came home that night, and my roof was done. There was absolutely no evidence that they had been here. In fact, they cleaned up everything perfectly. I would recommend my family members and friends to use their services in the future if they need to. I would use their services again in the future if I need to.
