"Excellent contractor . Great to work with . B & K replaced the window glass in Five Thermopane windows. The window frames were still good so that is why I chose the glass replacement option. Cost, of course, is then far more reasonable. Our windows now are clear - no fogging anymore."

He always cleaned up when he left for the day. He made sure I knew how the windows work before he left on the last day of the install. "They really go after you for the sale but after the sale is made they really fall apart. I got an email that my windows were ordered over a week after I ordered them, and an email 5 or 5 weeks later saying they came in. It took them another month to install them. Nearly all the quotes I got were the same but Empire used ?sign now? tactics to get my sale. If I could go back I would not have signed for the small discount and I would have gone with another company offering the same price with no pressure. My windows are fine and the subcontractors that they sent to install them were friendly."
