I got an email that my windows were ordered over a week after I ordered them, and an email 5 or 5 weeks later saying they came in. It took them another month to install them. Nearly all the quotes I got were the same but Empire used ?sign now? tactics to get my sale. If I could go back I would not have signed for the small discount and I would have gone with another company offering the same price with no pressure.
