"Phil the project manager for the new roof is a great honest professional I'd ask for him. He answered all questions from the inspection to the finished roof really polite, knowledgeable and honest. The roof is real nice owens corning 3d shingles makes the difference. The whole project was perfect they cover your whole exterior of your house to protect your siding and other stuff. They arrived at 9am and were done and cleaned up by 3pm. 6 hrs for a whole house tear off and roof install. "I received 5 estimates on this job. I usually choose one of the middle estimates. BUT, because I just wanted the roof to outlast me, I chose Elite who happened to have the lowest estimate. I worked with Karl on this job and he is VERY professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Karl answered PROMPTLY every call, text and email. I can sometimes be very annoying when I am spending thousands of dollars. Karl called me a few days ahead with a heads up on the dumpster and the job. At that time we were out of town and I gave Karl the go ahead. two days later we were back home and the crew were just finishing up the roof. Great we missed the noise of the removal and installation and it saved our pets the trauma of that noise. My old roof was 21+ old and after all was said and done, wood rot and replacement cost me an extra $550. Best contractor home repair experience I have ever had."

They called us a week before, explained when the materials and dumpster would be dropped off and they were exactly as they said. The day of completion, we were kept up to date with progress and any work required. The roof looks fantastic. It was the final step of our exterior makeover, as the siding was done 2 months prior.
