"Excellent contractor . Great to work with . B & K replaced the window glass in Five Thermopane windows. The window frames were still good so that is why I chose the glass replacement option. Cost, of course, is then far more reasonable. Our windows now are clear - no fogging anymore."

"Everything went very smoothly. Our installers were: Luke, Colin, Chris, and Hector. They were at our place from November 2-5. All of them were very polite. The game plan we were given at the outset of the project went exactly as proposed. There was one minor glitch with the bay window installment, but that was corrected on December 16th, and of course it was a superb job. Since the installment, we've been extremely happy with the appearance of the new windows. We will need to wait for spring to start opening and closing them. We can't wait...no more sticks to hold up the windows!! All in all, looking back at the research we did on new windows, eventually having Sam over to give his presentation, and ultimately choosing WeatherTight, we are very satisfied with our decision!! Thank you!!"

"They really go after you for the sale but after the sale is made they really fall apart. I got an email that my windows were ordered over a week after I ordered them, and an email 5 or 5 weeks later saying they came in. It took them another month to install them. Nearly all the quotes I got were the same but Empire used ?sign now? tactics to get my sale. If I could go back I would not have signed for the small discount and I would have gone with another company offering the same price with no pressure. My windows are fine and the subcontractors that they sent to install them were friendly."
