Pinnacle windows

Not sure how they got my previous review removed. Hired them to clean over 30 windows and screens, he left with the job literally not done and when I called to ask what happened after he left he said he â just wanted to go home so did not clean the windows. They did not clean the tracks, edges or anything beyond the panes despite me asking for those items specifically and confirming they of course would, saying they offered a 4-in-1 cleaning. They refused to fully refund the service arguing they offered to come and redo the service I obviously did not have trust in their capability to do what they said based on the first go around, and was disrespected by his response of saying he was too uninterested to honor the money Id paid him because he just wanted to get home. I dont feel it is right for my review to continue to somehow keep being deleted. It was completely wrong for them to take hundreds of dollars from me, not complete the service, and get away with it.

Llogan from Pinnacle Windows responded promptly to my request for assistance with gutter and downspout blockages, which were causing water to back up and damage a wooden soffit. After cleaning out the leaf debris, he revised the downspout design to prevent any future problems. Llogan is a very friendly and pleasant young man and I was quite happy with the efficiency and quality of his work. I would definitely recommend him.

Great service and work

Logan and his partner Justin washed 33 windows inside and out on my home. They did an excelled job and I was very satisfied with the quality of their work. I will use them again. I highly recommend Pinnacle.
