"Ken was fantastic from start to finish. I hired him to remove an old basketball hoop, pour new cement, and install a new one. The job turned out to be much tougher than expected—the old cement was nearly impossible to break up and the clay ground was hard to dig deeper for the required dept —but Ken handled it like a pro, using a jackhammer and digging through hard clay soil without complaint. Despite the extra work and materials needed, he stuck to his original price even when I asked to pay him more, which speaks volumes about his integrity. He returned a few days later to assemble the hoop, and the final result was perfect—every measurement was spot-on. Ken went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. We are a locally owned and operated concrete/asphalt removal, we also specialize in protective epoxy floor coatings, land clearing/grading, gravel/mulch delivery, and much more. I own a 20 foot 3 axle dump trailer and a track loader. Our company is fully insured. Give us a call today to schedule a time for an estimate.

We had just about given up when I found a YouTube video that addressed a similar problem. Now I could show contractors what we needed done. So we again went online searching for a contractor. The average cost to hire a handyman ranges from about $40 to $140 per hour. Yes, you should hire a handyman who’s licensed, certified, and insured, if possible. States have different requirements for handyman licensing, registration, and certifications.
