"We have had our WASCO windows for over 10 years and were very pleased with the installation and the professionalism of the workers. We had one minor issue when I pulled the spring out of the side but they came and not only fixed it but showed me how I could do it myself. We had old, outdated, drafty windows, and now we have beautiful, secure, functional and high quality windows that have kept in the warmth this winter! The windows that we ended up getting have features that we didn't have before and we love it all - the ability to move the screen up and down, easy tilting options to make cleaning the windows so easy, locking mechanisms, etc. The ordering process was easy, and staff were friendly."

"They really go after you for the sale but after the sale is made they really fall apart. I got an email that my windows were ordered over a week after I ordered them, and an email 5 or 5 weeks later saying they came in. It took them another month to install them. Nearly all the quotes I got were the same but Empire used ?sign now? tactics to get my sale. If I could go back I would not have signed for the small discount and I would have gone with another company offering the same price with no pressure. My windows are fine and the subcontractors that they sent to install them were friendly."
