No pressure sales because we know our product and pricing are better than the competition. In addition to our goal of a quality product and competitive pricing, Milwaukee Windows is also able to get you the windows within a short period of time (7-14 days). Milwaukee Windows began as the owner was searching for a quality window manufacturer for his investment properties. Although the big box stores had standard size windows at a reasonable price (for the quality level supplied), custom sizes were cost prohibitive and took a long time to get once ordered. In addition, there wasn't much selection if you wanted a higher quality product. Other window retailers were expensive and slow. After researching different windows and finding a high quality one he liked, he decided to go directly to the manufacturer and negotiate pricing since he had such a high volume of windows he would be ordering. Over the years, friends, fellow investors and contractors began requesting orders. As a result, Milwaukee Windows came to existence.

We highly recommend Milwaukee Windows. Our older home was not exactly square making a window replacement much more complicated. It also meant that our existing windows in the room would need the trim around them replaced. Ihsan, the owner, understood we had not anticipated this additional project and cost. He did the trim work himself and was abundantly fair about his charges. The work was excellent and he paid attention to detail. We will use him again for additional window replacement.

Milwaukee Windows (Ihsan) was wonderful to work with from the beginning of our project to the end. We had a large project, replacing all of our home's windows (~40 windows). Here are a few reasons that we chose MKE Windows: 1. We had our project quoted by multiple places. MKE Windows gave us the best price for a superior product (R value and U values/energy efficiency were better than every other company's windows). 2. Most other window companies were 12-14 weeks for delivery, but again, Milwaukee Windows cut this timeline in half even with custom features for the windows. 3. Ihsan also clearly communicated throughout the entire process. He was very responsive and responded to each text message/email professionally and quickly. 4. We chose to get triple pane windows and are completely satisfied with the product. While we haven't had a winter yet with the new windows, they seem to have kept out the heat well during the summer and have greatly reduced the noise outside. 5. With installation, his crew was kind and had the windows installed in ~3 days (complete with caulking etc). After undertaking many house projects all at once, Ihsan is among the best communicators and has a quality product. We have recommended Milwaukee Windows to everyone and will continue to do so.

I could not be happier with my experience with Milwaukee Windows. From my initial email to Ihsan (owner) asking for a quote, to the final window being installed, my project was completed in a timely and professional manner, all at a great price. I had several questions along the way pertaining to my window installation and Ihsan was always quick to get back to me and spent the time I needed answering all of my questions. First, the prices are amazing. They were so low that we decided to replace 2 of the regular windows simply because they were the wrong color. And I couldn't believe how reasonable the picture windows were. I don't think we could've afforded them from anyone else. Ihsan (the owner) is a complete professional from start to finish, he knows windows, he loves windows, he'll explain windows to you in a way that doesn't make you feel dumb, and I say that as someone who doesn't know ANYTHING about windows. Ihsan and his crew at Milwaukee Windows show up on time, do good quality work, and clean up after themselves constantly. They will treat your home with care and respect. And my favorite thing - no high pressure sales pitch. In fact, no sales pitch at all. No push to "upgrade" from a choice you've made. If you ask for his opinion on what might best fit your needs, he'll offer it, and it will be sound, and you might want to take his advice, but he's not here to sell you windows. He's here to solve your problems in a way that will leave you satisfied.

I recently purchased a new 65 year old home still with the original windows and storms. I couldn't imagine going through the winter with them. Milwaukee Windows was my 4th quote in September, and by that time I was dejected by the prices and timelines for replacement. Ihsan was very straightforward about everything, and assured me on competitive pricing and timeline before it gets too cold. In essence, the price was right, and install was exactly the date promised mid-October. The 2-person crew had the windows complete day 1, and the outside trim day 2. The crew was courteous and attentive to detail. Not only do the windows work great, the change really brightened up the home. I have a mix of casements, sliders, and double hung, Couldn't be happier. Recommend 100%.

The team was quick, clean and did a wonderful job. The windows are great and it is so nice to have a better seal and windows we can open and close without a fuss. The tilt feature is great for cleaning. Can't wait to get the rest of our first floor done! We got 8 double hung windows installed.

It went extremely well! The windows are fantastic and look amazing. We went with vinyl windows with a wood grain interior and it looks very nice. The pricing was very fair as well. We got 3 other quotes and I'm very happy to have went with Milwaukee Windows. Ihsan is very nice to work with. He didn't try to up-sell us and he also had some good ideas for small changes we hadn't thought of, but we're very happy he suggested! He knows what he's doing and was very helpful. The people he hires do very good work. It only took about 2 days to get all the windows in, then just another 2 doing the outside aluminum trim work. We were very happy with the overall installation and the team. The insides look great and the new aluminum trim they wrapped the outsides with looks amazing! I hated the process of shopping around for windows. You basically just have to rely on reviews on the web. I'm glad I found Milwaukee Windows because all the positive reviews were spot on! Save yourself the headache of shopping around and just call Milwaukee Windows. (actually you should get one other quote and then you'll really appreciate how nice it is to work with Ihsan at Milwaukee Windows!)

Everything went very smoothly. I needed a new bathroom window and Ihsan came out to get the measurements. He emailed me the invoice and ordered the window. He was great about working with my schedule as I was also having some roofing work done and needed the window installed to coincide with the roofing schedule. The guys removed my old window and installed the new one quickly and smoothly. They also replaced a piece of rotted wood and then cleaned up nicely afterward. I love the new window.

Excellent. Ishan Atta and his crew did a great job. Arrived on time, did a professional job, pointed out anything unexpected they found (we have a 1927 house), were very considerate (my husband had just come home from major surgery), cleaned up thoroughly. They had also put new windows in my daughter's home several years ago so I knew what a great job they would do. Would definitely recommend them.
