In 3 more hours they insulated all 5 and installed the trim over the insulation. 5 hours total from start to finish. Also fixed a switched outlet that had shorted out. Great work done, nice alternatives for the LED light, and switched outlet was wired to be always-on for one socket and switched for the other -- better than it was before at no additional cost. Later I called to ask the exact serial and model number of the LED light because the papers left did not state it. Not only did I get an email a couple hours later with the model/serial, the tech included the detailed documentation for the fixture so if anything goes wrong I can likely fix it myself next time. The tech who did the work also applied a 10% off discount card for me with no extra hassle, saving me close to $100 on the work."
