I called Cardinal on a Tuesday evening and they set me up with an inspection for noon by the next day. They were running ahead of schedule, so they contacted me to see whether I would be ready an hour earlier. I was, so their service man Robert Welch can out very promptly, helped identify the location of the cleanout for the main line, and got to work. He ended up chiseling out the cap which had never been opened for the life of the house. He was able to clean out some minor tree root growth from the line, inspect the line with a scope, and guarantee the work in about 3 hours. He was careful to clean up from all of his work and was very polite during the visit. When all was said and done, I had a working sewer line within 24 hours of my phone call.
