He re-screened our 3-season porch, replaced all the exterior wood facings on the porch, hung a new and much improved door on same porch, replaced about 12 feet of cedar privacy fence, and power washed the full exterior of our house. Friendly, very focused on communicating with me, making sure thing were going well, and understood that I wanted to keep costs down. When I say Adam had the best estimate, I mean that a well known carpentry business gave me quote of $30,000 and a well-known builder/renovator quoted me $20,000 (but at least said I get it done far cheaper with a good handyman, which is what I found) and the total cost with Adam came in just under $10,000). A friend vouched for them before I hired them, and I'll do the same if you want to work with them."
