The people at ridge top were a dream to work with. Their crews stayed late every day and worked really hard to get our siding on and it looks amazing. They also paid a lot of attention to detail and even helped to do a few touch-ups that weren't exactly part of the job like hanging a doorbell. We would definitely choose them again for our next project.

Jake and his crew did a great job with our roof replacement. They were on-schedule, did quality work, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Our sales guy Adam was also excellent to work with throughout the process. The communication was also fantastic from start to finish, with regular updates and quick response to questions.

I hired them to repair a roof leak and fix the chimney on the rental house we own. As as far as I can tell the work was done. Their communication, however, is atrocious, especially once they got my 40% deposit. Their scheduling system is terrible. While I was still waiting for them to even schedule the work at the rental after they had my deposit, they were working on a job in my personal neighborhood and papering the neighborhood with flyers soliciting immediate work in the neighborhood for a discount. Which explains why my work wasn’t getting scheduled, I guess. The masons showed up to the rental with no notice and I didn’t find out about it until several days later. They didn’t show up the day they were scheduled to finish the work, either, and no one called or emailed to tell me they weren’t coming or when they would be coming back and they showed up again without notice several days later. This is all problematic for the tenants as well, since I couldn’t tell them when the work would be done. It took almost two months to get the work done after the initial visit, and would have been longer if I hadn’t been pushy. But Ridge Top suddenly becomes very efficient and enthusiastic about calling you for payment 6 days after the invoice was received.

The roof replacement is one of several repairs that Ridge Top Exteriors will be doing for me due to storm damage. They arrived exactly at the time they said they would be here. It was extremely cold but they got up on the roof blew the snow off and got started. There was a large crew and they tarped around the house and garage to catch the debris and did an excellent job cleaning up after. There were 4 of the crew that walked back and forth around the house closely checking for any debris they may have missed. Not only were they neat and timely but I have had large crews do jobs before and there was always yelling going back and forth. Not with this crew. They came in and got down to business and were very respectful and polite. I was extremely pleased.

Very impressed with the quality of work performed by the crew from Ridge Top. My roof was replaced in one day, some boards had to be replaced as well. Drop cloths were applied all around the house to catch debris. Then a couple of the fellas walked around getting pieces of the old broken shingles out of the evergreens. The crew leader blew out my garage. So pleased, especially with the 50 year warranty that will carry over to new owners should we ever sell. This is the second time we have used Ridgetop for roofing needs. They are professional and skilled workman, plus courteous sales and supervising staff. They held our hands during the whole process from sales calls, to scheduling, to the job completion, to thorough clean-up. Our project was not simple, with insulation contractor coordination (blown in cellulose through roof openings to cathedral ceilings) also on job site and tricky skylight replacements. My roof went extremely well, from the planning to the install. Jeff was extremely easy to work with on the planning and giving us a proposal. He thoroughly explained every detail of the project. We were not having very good weather, but I was kept up to date on having to reschedule a couple times, and knew exactly when they were coming. The project manager, Garrett showed up promptly 15 mins before the crew, and went over the process with me. He too, like Jeff, was an extremely knowledgable guy, and very nice. The crew was very nice and respectful. They started at 7 AM and my roof was done by 11:00 AM. They cleaned everything up very well before leaving. Garrett came back, inspected everything and to see if I had questions. I highly reccommend Ridge Top Exteriors, and I would for sure hire them again!!
