Just your local community handyman. I have experience in most areas of construction, as well as repair and maintenance work. I've been an independent contractor for several years now and decided to go out on my own. I am a solo operation, so, I mainly do smaller jobs right now. He communicated very well & timely. Joel was professional. He has experience with assembling so he moved quickly. Even when the assembly instructions were not complete. I think he has a wide range of skills based on his past career and experiences. He was also most respectful of my home. Asking if I would like him to remove his shoes etc. He was pleasant company. I already have another project for Joel!

He changed the vynil of the floor at the entrance of the apartment., he painted some walls and fixed a skirt board as well. I will contact him again for future projects. Thank you for the service.

JLNL did a great job installing a railing and handles to improve accessibility in my parents' home. They also replaced damaged wood underneath a sink. Work was very high quality and professional and he was fast and efficient to complete the project. The price ended up being higher than initially quoted by $200, but it's possible I misunderstood the initial quote being without materials.

Joel hung a large and heavy picture above stairwell. Hard to get to location. He took time to make sure it was up and level, taking special care to not hurt walls. Good Communication.
