"I have to admit, I was really disappointed with my overall experience. I was told that I could one time do a reimbursement. First off, why would you do that if you have already paid for service?!?! Then it took almost a week to get some one to address my situation. Now, I do realize that it does take time to get things rolling, but a week?? The gentleman that came to do the work was knowledgeable, but he didn't want to work with he Google representative to make sure that my NEST was/wasn't working properly. He was very short with the rep. and after several minutes of debating with him finally gave in and addressed both of our concerns. The other concern I had was, I was told that I would not have to pay anything this time, because of the delay, yet the rep. said I owed $65.00. He showed me the data he had and sure enough it said that I owed $65.00. Why, would a rep. from your own company tell me this and then turn around and not honor it?!?!? I sure hope that it doesn't take that long to get service the next time, that I need to have something done. What ever happened to customer service?? REALLY DISSSAPPOINTED!!!"

He explained exactly what was going to happen and when, showed up when he said they would, installed the new concrete steps and fixed our existing retaining wall steps. "He did a wonderful job, the deck looks fantastic, he even fixed my screen door so it slides much easier. He put together a craft/sewing table for me. "Overall it went every well.  Having had work done by them before we knew what we were in for.  Construction is a very messy business when you are living in the environment, but they tried to leave things as clean as they could at the end of each day. 
In the process of enlarging the master bath, we had to completely empty our walk in closet (which was not an easy task), move all furniture out of the bedroom.  Know your life will not be the same for a few weeks/months depending on how much work has to be done.
They put plastic up over all the doors that would lead into other parts of the house, to try & keep the dust down. 
You know your home will be so much nicer when it's done, but you have to get through the dust, dirt & grime & it can get tough, but remember to keep the end result in your mind at all times!
With all that being said we VERY happy with the end results.
