"An excellent job in every respect. The 55 year old floors are now beautiful, even in the corners & edges. The vacuum system worked great and we were unable to find any dust residue in the house after the crew left. "It was one of the best experiences dealing with a contractor for understanding our needs, choosing type of flooring, overcoming obstacles (subfloor irregularities in an old building, etc.). It is waterproof, stain resistant, and perfect for wet rooms like kitchens and bathrooms. Luxury vinyl tile also requires very little care; it is water and stain resistant, very durable, and affordable.

Common problems with laminate flooring include surface-level scratches, dents, warping, and separating seams. Scratches can be caused by dragging heavy items like furniture or from not using a mat under rolling office chairs. Dents can occur from regular wear and tear or from dropping heavy objects on the floor. Most of these issues can be prevented with regular cleaning and moisture control, and many are fairly easy to fix for a beginner DIYer.
