Last week we met Jose through Angi’s and he offered to come out the next day and start the job. We wanted to change the color to a light yellow and white. Our house is 98 years old- there were cracks in the plaster and lumps and bumps that were unsightly. There was wallpaper trim that needed to be removed. Other cost factors include your location, the type of siding (e.g., wood, aluminum, brick, stucco, etc.), and the kind of paint (e.g. oil-based, latex, acrylic, etc.). Painting the trim a different color or painting intricately designed trim can also increase the cost.
