"Install was completed and the unit worked, but the install was flagged when I had an inspector come for a different project with a different electrician. I will say that they rectified the issue timely without charging me more money, but for close to $2k for install labor on a garage heater, I expect it to be to code the first time around."

Chris came over the next week to look at an issue we had that ended up being operator error on our part on existing parts of our in floor heating system. Great response, great service. "Allen was responsive right away via email and text message. He was on-time and/or early for estimate and on the work day. Bathroom and floor look incredible. He installed a product called enduroshield (sp?). It works as promised. Water beads right off of tile and grout, it's amazing to watch. Allen also gave good advice on how to preserve the existing tile. Would definitely hire him again."

"I found him hard to work with (e.g. doesn't listen, pushy about doing it his way.) I was really hesitant after the estimate but he just kept pushing about it and I didn't have any other options - but I was sorry afterwards. I don't really like it, the quality doesn't seem great - but most important, it's not level. Drives me crazy and looks bad - just three panels and it's not level! Makes me nuts looking at it - feels like I threw my money away."

"Larry did an absolute fabulous job with everything, especially the install of the screen door.  The opening was less than perfect but Larry made sure the door fit to perfection.  He was also able to fix the soffit so it's now back in place and replaced the piece of siding so it should not come down again.  

Larry also was able to give me a bid to finish a bathroom project that I've started and am unable to complete on my own.  The bid is extremely reasonable and Larry and I decided he'll be back to do the job this Fall.  I can't wait and know he'll do an equally a great job as all the others he's completed already."

"Rossbach Construction has done many projects for us in the past. We do get competing bids for each project. Rossbach always is right in line with their prices and my wife and I feel that the quality of their work is always top notch. Never had a problem with previous work done. Work they have done for us in the past includes: Our lower deck and three season room addition to our house, Rossbachs built our new automotive shop from the vacant lot we purchased all the way to the end when we turned the key in the door to open our new place. Never had a problem. Great group of guys.
