"Allen was responsive right away via email and text message. He was on-time and/or early for estimate and on the work day. Bathroom and floor look incredible. He installed a product called enduroshield (sp?). It works as promised. Water beads right off of tile and grout, it's amazing to watch. Allen also gave good advice on how to preserve the existing tile. Would definitely hire him again."

"I found him hard to work with (e.g. doesn't listen, pushy about doing it his way.) I was really hesitant after the estimate but he just kept pushing about it and I didn't have any other options - but I was sorry afterwards. "Larry did an absolute fabulous job with everything, especially the install of the screen door.  The opening was less than perfect but Larry made sure the door fit to perfection.  He was also able to fix the soffit so it's now back in place and replaced the piece of siding so it should not come down again.  

Larry also was able to give me a bid to finish a bathroom project that I've started and am unable to complete on my own.  The bid is extremely reasonable and Larry and I decided he'll be back to do the job this Fall.  I can't wait and know he'll do an equally a great job as all the others he's completed already."

"They did an excellent job. We were new at this and they were very tolerant of questions, concerns, change-orders. They were also willing to work with us for items we wanted to work on ourselves (e.g. staining of trim, installation of purchased sink, etc).   The groups they brought in through contract were respectable and also did an excellent job.
The kitchen is beautiful with new lighting, appliances, exhaust system, custom cherry cabinets and hardwood floors. Everyone who sees it agrees that it is a complete transformation.   The bath is fully tiled with bathtub and shower.
