"Allen came to our house to review our project. We thought our project was going to be fairly simple and replace some grout and caulk. Allen informed us that we had a much larger issue that he could not fix. Even though he could not fix it, Allen was very knowledgeable on why we were having this specific issue and how to fix it the right way. Allen educated us, sent us an email with a references to certified tile setters, how to ask the right questions when picking your tile setter contractor and videos to educate us even further. Allen is a professional, patient and courteous. He could have easily came into our house and said, “I can’t help you” and went on his way. Instead, he spent 20-30 minutes with us. If I ever get the chance to use Allen as a contractor, I will definitely be calling him!"

I was really hesitant after the estimate but he just kept pushing about it and I didn't have any other options - but I was sorry afterwards. They were also willing to work with us for items we wanted to work on ourselves (e.g. staining of trim, installation of purchased sink, etc).   The groups they brought in through contract were respectable and also did an excellent job.
The kitchen is beautiful with new lighting, appliances, exhaust system, custom cherry cabinets and hardwood floors. Everyone who sees it agrees that it is a complete transformation.   The bath is fully tiled with bathtub and shower.
