"New geothermal zoned system installed to replace our aging geo unit. The commissioning process has been pretty disappointing so far. The installer initially mis-configured the zones, so that it was sending conditioned air to the wrong parts of the house and everything was confused. They came back the next day and fixed that, but the new system still is not heating our home correctly. Some zones overshoot temp (uncomfortable when sleeping), and another zone never reaches setpoint at all. These growing pains would not be an issue if the installer was responsive to the problem... but I keep being told (for two weeks now) that the system has to learn that the algorithm will figure itself out.. meanwhile there has been no follow-up and the installer obviously has no sense of urgency to the fact that our home is colder now, with new equipment than it was with the old. We feel like we have been left to deal with it on our own, so I cannot at this time recommend Professional Services, and you might want to look elsewhere."
