I do apologize for not responding earlier. Our company does not repair generators, all generator manufactures require their individual certification to do so and at this time none of my people have this. I would recommend that you contact Spring City Electric which is part of Pieper power to help you with this. As a business owner I would have appreciated the opportunity to correct this issue. I was not called about this problem the second time or would have sent a different tech out to repair the item or offered other options. We strive to always be the reliable company to call and get things repaired or replaced. I remember the tech going back on the call the very same day and found the wiring to the thermostat to be very brittle. As a master electrician myself I can say that if the thermostat would have been wired incorrectly the air conditioning could have not ever worked. I spoke to this person 3 separate times on a late Sunday afternoon. He repeatedly asked me for the cost to do a small project. I told him several times of our cost and he repeatedly stated that I was way too expensive and that electrical work like what he wanted done should be less than half of what I quoted him. Even after this he called back a 3rd time on Sunday to complain about our costs. We have been in business for over 14 years and with this amount of experience I can usually tell if the potential customer is just kicking tires or truly wants service. I did offer to send an electrician out to this persons house the next day and this person said that he would get back to me. He then decided to call back on Wednesday and I had already disposed of his work order. We do offer 24-hour service at a premium rate and I was trying to save this guy a bunch of money. In total I was on the phone with this person for over 40 minutes of which I do not get compensated for. This is the service I offer and to be given an F grade is most definitely unwarranted. We write in excess of 1,500 work orders a year and ALWAYS take our customers needs and concerns serious. Why would I answer my phone on a Sunday afternoon 3-separate times if this weren't true? I take great pride in my customer service however some people refuse to respect what things cost to do. I do apologize for hanging up on this person and have no excuse for it.
