Connected and dropped on and off for the next day. Then as mysteriously as it went down, it started working, and has been fine for days ever since. A real testimonial for Ring products. When will my doorbell have another ;bad day Fortunately, I had another unrelated wall switch that the tech replaced for me. So the trip out was not for nothing. Steve is a good man! Ring products are hard to recommend. Wish I would have bought a Google nest.
