"May 6, 2024 had an appointment with the Geek Squad in store (Best Buy-East Madison) Had to get my new laptop setup. Decided I didn't want to take on the challenge again. My tech was Ayden and he gets 5 stars 0plus! He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. He was NOT condescending in anyway. Sure wish he could be my grandson, LOL! THANK YOU, AYDEN!"

"They hire contractors who do their delivery for them. The delivery installers damaged the fridge on route. They did not even connect the fridge to water and they left a huge mess on the floor. A few days later, the water poured improperly. I called and told them I wanted to return the fridge (which was supposed to have exterior water and ice). Despite all the nonsense, the salesman gave me the number for the manufacturer and refused to do anything to fix the problem. Totally unprofessional"
