Everything went as expected. No surprises. The technician arrived on time and the service performed was exactly as described during my initial contact with the business. After the site survey was completed I asked for an estimate should I decide to go ahead with an antenna installation. The estimate provided seemed fair to me.

It went very well. He got here on time and spent over an hour trying to determine what the problem was. He gave an honest evaluation and didn't try to talk me into any specific course of action. I felt that the service charge was fair, and less than the other two places I was considering.
