Paul was an excellent salesperson who quickly connected me to the perfect carpet for my house! Easy and no pressure sales. His installation crew was top notch, as well.

Overall we love the new flooring. It's beautiful, reasonably durable, and much easier to clean. We chose CarpetsPlus because the cost for more or less the same product was 20-30% lower than other estimates. As is so often the case, the salesperson was fantastic before I signed the contract. She was super helpful getting us samples and helping us pick the right flooring for our space. She was knowledgeable and didn't push her own opinions too hard. Communication was still good while we were scheduling installation, but not quite as accommodating. It also turned out that the estimate wasn't right the first time because she hadn't included some little piece of something for the edges of the room. It only added about 1% to the total cost, so it wouldn't have changed our decision to use this company, but it was still a pain because it was late in the process. The salesperson blamed the estimator for not telling her they were necessary. OK, but as the customer I don't care whose fault it was, I just want it corrected with a minimum of fuss. Then there were the trim pieces that were too thick for the space under the doors so that the doors had to be cut down. They were surprised when I expected them to take care of cutting down the doors. I get that some circumstances are "unforeseen" but how unusual can this be when you install flooring? Why didn't they check the fit before ordering the trim? The installation team did a nice job, but mostly ignored our agreed-on schedule. They even left one of the rooms half-finished one evening, knowing that we had plans for the room the next day and promising that it would be finished in time for our event. It wasn't. We called the company that morning to find out when they would be arriving to finish. They actually did arrive 10 or 15 minutes before our event started and were surprised that we had already moved the furniture back in place to hold the event on the half-finished floor. I think they were subcontractors rather than employees - judging by the extent to which they and CarpetsPlus threw each other under the bus. Several pieces of trim have come off and need to be glued back down again. Easy enough to do, but shouldn't need to be done a month after installation. After the installation started, I never heard from CarpetsPlus again, except for one message asking for payment. They never called to check in on the process or ask how we liked our new floors. They didn't ask for feedback on their installation team, which they clearly need to do. Bottom line, I probably would hire them again, and just expect some problems. We saved about $5,000 over competitors, and we didn't have $5,000 worth of problems, so it was ultimately worth it. Make your own decision accordingly!

The Sales People at the store are low pressure sales people, sometimes to low, so in a way it is bitter sweet.  If you kind of have an idea of what you're looking for it's great, but if this is your first time make sure you ask a lot of questions or do your homework as they will not give you much info.
The carpet installers were great, they moved the furniture (for an extra cost) and installed the carpet.  Can't complain about anything.  Note keep in mind that if you upgrade your pad and carpet to say a taller pile your bi-fold closet door will need to be adjusted up so it can clear the carpet and opening smoothly.

Everything went well. Rep from CarpetsPlus helped us select appropriate carpet for our situation, keeping total cost in mind. Installers were great. Cleaned up very well. Overall very professional.

We were really pleased with the way Carpets Plus worked with our schedule.  We had numerous project delays, and Carpets Plus was very accommodating.  It wasn't the cheapest carpet, but they were very professional and did a great job!

Carpet is of great quality.  Carpet installation included binding for stairway portion which added an extra 2 weeks to originally desired install date, once factoring in the holiday.  Install started on time.  Installers kindly moved their van which had one of us parked in.  Installation finished in approximately 3 hours to complete tearing out old carpet and installation on 2 half flights of stairs, a small middle landing and a large sized upper landing.  
Only complaint would be a delay in hearing back from sales rep.  Expected to hear back after 1 week from purchase regarding binding and scheduling of installation.  We called them to get an update after 1.5 weeks to find out binding hadn't been completed yet.  It was right before thanksgiving, so it may have just been a busy or vacation filled week.

I found the salespeople at the store to be very helpful with advice on choosing the carpet appropriate for our needs and with providing me with samples to try at home. The free measurement and estimate was done promptly and I was able to discuss options by email with the provider. I needed something durable and easy to clean, so it was expensive, but definitely worth it. The installation was done when promised, and the two men could not have been more pleasant and helpful in working around my husband's health-related equipment and getting the job done right. We have lots of spindles to wrap around, which required extra work, but I couldn't have been happier with the results!

I was very happy with the service. I walked in knowing basically what I wanted - a remnant that would fit a lower level bedroom in preparation for selling my house. Paul showed me the remnants that were the appropriate size, arranged for someone to measure my room the same day, and had me on my way in about 15 minutes. The installers were professional and did the job quite quickly. They were a little later than expected, but not too bad. The carpet looks great and the price was reasonable.

After visits to other carpet stores where I was pushed to spend more than my budget and steered away from remnants I was looking at, it was refreshing to walk into Carpets Plus and have someone willing to help me find what I wanted. The staff was helpful and willing to give me time and advice (even though my purchase wasn't very large). I found exactly what I needed and they were able to arrange to install it within a week which was much faster than any competitor I had been to in town. The carpet looks great! The carpet quality I rated as and quot;Band quot; only because it's showing wear a bit already, but I expected that with a lower cost carpet.

This review is for the Carpets Plus loacation in Plover, WI. The salesperson, Mark, was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. He returned my calls promptly and explained every step of the process. The installer was fantastic. He arrived on time and took the time to prep the old floor, which was in horrible shape. He was patient while I decided on the pattern of the tiles. He was extremely knowledgeable and was a perfectionist during the installation, which I greatly appreciated. He was considerate about not inconveniencing us in any way left everything cleaner than when he started. I would highly recommend Carpets Plus, and would request Wayne as the installer. Great job!

We went to Carpet Plus after a bad experience at another carpet store, and were pleasantly surprised at how responsive and helpful they were. The salesperson helpfully answered all our questions and took time to try to help us find exactly what we wanted. Once the order was in place she kept in touch over email and continued to respond quickly and helpfully to our questions. They actually had some trouble with their email system, but she found a way to work around it so she could keep in contact.
The installers arrived right on time. They were friendly and quick, and did a great job. They even did use the favor of cutting some of the old carpet and pad to size for us to use as a remnant in another area of the house.
We ended up spending more money at Carpet Plus than we would have at the other store, mostly because the carpet we chose wasn't one that they stock. However they worked with us on price and got closer than we thought they would. It was worth spending a little extra for the great service.

Result was good even though old floor was in bad shape. Work was done quickly.

The salesman was knowledgable , courteous, prompt and patient while answering all of our questions. The installers, we felt comfortable with immediately and left them alone to install the carpet. Their work was perfection and I would use them again. The price and service was well worth what we received.

I worked with my own decorator to choose the carpet style and color, so don't have any experience with the retailer in that regard. Carpets Plus was very generous in letting me take samples home to make final decisions, communicated well about delivery and installation, and was competitive in price with other area retailers.
My husband moved the furniture and removed the old carpet and pad, so I don't have any experience with Carpets Plus is that area. The two men who installed the new carpet were very prompt and courteous. They worked efficiently and did a nice job of cleaning up before they left. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.

We originally found them at a Home Show and really like the professionalism of the lady that we dealt with. She was able to match the prices and job details that we found at competitors and we really appreciated her working with us. They were good at getting back to us on phone or email if we had a question.
