"The salesman was nice enough, but was dressed like he was going to work in the yard or on my car, unprofessional. Brought in an old shutter sample, a box with the most expensive blinds available, had no input, no samples, ideas or suggestions....totally unprepared for a sales call.

"John was WONDERFUL to work with, especially since this was done online and over the phone as I was in Florida having plantation shutters installed in Wi. His price was lower than other estimates, his work was extraordinary, he was personable, professional, and super efficient. He helped me through the process and made valuable suggestions. "Installers now was not the first place I got an estimate from. I got a couple estimates and I can say it was a no brainier. They estimate was lower than the others. Even more important to me was Levi, the guy that did the estimate was incredibly knowledgeable, very nice, and did a fantastic job some of the other places didn't even get on the roof to inspect it. Levi was always available and very helpful through the process. We are first time home buyers and this is the first big project we have done. We are planning on Windows in the future and without hesitation I will be calling installers now and won't even get any estimates elsewhere. The job was done very quickly and it looks amazing."
