Leo’s did a magnificent job. They replaced a 6x10 foot old badly water damaged second story deck with stairs with a 10x20 foot deck using new materials which will stand up to time and weather. From design to finished product they kept us informed. The work was done quickly and the new deck looks great. The price charged was very competitive, indeed it was the lowest of 3 quotes. I have no problem recommending Leo’s High Quality Construction.

Everyone I worked with was so nice and knowledgeable, from getting it scheduled to the day they came to do the work. Mario and his crew worked hard fo finish my deck and even help put a couple pieces of siding that fell off during a storm back up. They did a great job and made sure that everything that needed to be done did get done. Definitely would recommend!

Incredibly happy with their work and my decision to use LHQC. They were professional, courteous, skilled, and hard-working. They were flexible to accommodate my unpredictable schedule and meet in the later evening hours. I can tell they take pride in their work due to their precision and attention to detail during the project. Outstanding job demolishing the previous wooden deck and replacing with composite. This included a completely new frame, support posts, railings, and stairs. While installing the railings I was impressed at how they took extra measures to protect the new floorboards from dents and scratches by first laying a tarp across the deck for their equipment and materials to lay upon. Each day they ensured the area was clean and tidy, even if it meant staying late. Impact to the surrounding lawn was minimal - in my case it will recover fully on its own with no repair work. Fantastic job. Bravo.
