Excellent experience. Sent an email Sunday and Julio replied at 6am Monday. Told Julio I’d be home by 12 noon Monday and he stated he could be here at 12:30 and he was on time. Climb on the roof and confirmed I needed a new ridge cap. Received a quote that day and in the range we discussed and the work was completed Tuesday. We cannot say enough great things about our experience with hiring Julio (Gethesemane) to reroof our house, garage and install gutters on both. When you get a quote from and hire Gethsemane, you can feel comfort in the fact that Julio and his small team with work diligently to complete the project quickly and they take great pride in their workmanship. The best part of Gethsemane may be that owner Julio will be at your home doing the work. For a 16-year old extremely reputable company, this is probably seldom the case. He goes over and above to communicate issues and, unlike a previous roofing company hired on my prior home, will not gouge or take advantage of you for plywood replacement or other costs. Gethsemane is trustworthy, honest and reliable!!! I would never consider hiring anyone else for a future roofing project

The project was just fantastic. Everything proceeded like clockwork and the constant communication during the day kept me well appraised how things were progressing. Their attention to detail was obvious by making sure that everything was covered with tarps and all nails were picked up plus all little pieces of debris were also picked up. They left my house looking much better when they were done then when they arrived. Farmer and Chance headed up the crew and did a fabulous job. I would hire them again for any work around my house

There are not enough positive words to say regarding our experience with Infinity Exteriors. They came recommended to us by a neighbor so we decided to discuss our roofing and siding project with them. We were impressed right from the beginning. Our primary point of contact (Vin Daniels) was professional and great to work with! The Infinity "process" is extremely detailed where nothing is left to chance. Communication was critical for us and Infinity was flawless on this point. I can also not say enough about the roof team and the siding team. The crews were extremely hard working and professional. Additionally they kept the mess to a minimum, cleaning up every night, and were very respectful of our surrounding neighbor's property. All in all this was as well run a project as we have every been involved with an don't see how it could have gone any better! The changes to our house are dramatic, with many people stopping by to convey how great the changes are

"He was very honest and upfront and said may be 6-8 weeks before could do the roof when awarded work as was very busy. After calling on 10/2 to get update on when might do he ended up being able to do it yesterday or less than 4 weeks. I was very impressed they did job for price and in one day with full tear off finding no nails or anything left laying on ground. He is very honest person with hard working crew and was less expensive than anyone else. I could tell right away he was honest person which is so very important when getting work done on your home. The overall quality of his work is very....very..... good for a very fair price. You might find another roofing company that may get graded excellent on overall quality but you will also be paying three to five thousand dollars more for this same job.

The quality of the work was high and working will all of the Arrow folks was very pleasant. Only one minor issue... the cleanup at one property could have been better, lots of nails left over in the back yard.

"This is the second major home improvement project I have had done with Sunset Ridge Exteriors. Original work was window replacement, which was done professionally and timely. After the experience I had with another window/door contractor, Sunset Ridge was a breath of fresh air. I was impressed enough to call no other contractors when i needed my Siding and Roofing redone. Roofing was a necessity, Siding just needed to be done to match the timing. I chose a high quality Black shingle and a High quality insulated vinyl siding in blue. The prices were a bit higher, but they came with lifetime warranties, which made it worth the tag for me. The installation of the roof took one day. I have a smaller house, but regardless of that fact, they replaced actual boards in the roof that were too worn to keep, and fully shingled the roof in less than a business day. They were flying. The siding took longer as you would expect, but was done with such a professional level of attention to detail (framing hose bibs, color matched caulk, framing power boxes), I have been floored each time I walk around the house. They worked with me to coordinate a smooth installation, alongside my solar panel contractor, so the gutters wouldn't go on until the solar panels were up, avoiding damage or superficial marks. Everyone listens, provides options, and communicates well when something needs to be changed/moved from the original plan. Mike is my kind of salesman, Matt is a wizard, the crews that changed my house were masters of their craft, and of course, Fran is an absolute delight each time you get her on the phone. All of their support staff are great, but Fran takes the cake. She's a hoot. I'll be seeing these folks again next year when I replace my door. No one else will even get a call.

"We used Frey to demolish a double story wooden deck and replace with composite as well as build a screened in porch, replace windows, and remove a door and replace with windows. They did an AMAZING job!!! Everyone we worked with was great. They were extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, and definitely knew their trade. They provided great recommendations, while still giving ample (but not too ample to get bogged down) choice as to what materials, fixtures, look, etc we wanted. Kyle Schluter in particular was phenomenal to work with. He helped us create a design that we loved before we embarked on construction and then made sure that we were happy and comfortable with the project and progress every step of the way. In addition to Kyle we worked with 2 primary guys - Ben and Joe on construction who were fantastic. They were always very considerate, fun to work with, fast, and did a great job with their craft. The whole team made the process as painless as it could be with minimal disruption to our every day lives. There was never a dumpster in our yard (they hauled away trash and debris daily), and minimal setup that stayed in our yard and garage over night. They also were very fast-from start to finish it took about a month but most of the construction was done in 2-3 weeks. We love the final product and would highly recommend to anyone looking for any type of deck, screened in porch construction, or window replacement.
