Wisconsin window pros were great! Jody is great to work with. The crew was clean, fast, and did a high quality job! Windows are very nice. Price was the best out of 7+ other quotes. From the intial inspection/quote until the install, they communicated everything extremely well and the installer did an amazing job and was extremely friendly and professional. Communicated when problems popped up and they solved them quickly and made sure we were happy with the finished product.

I did have some issues with the original windows installed by Wisconsin Window Pro's, but Jody did work with the window manufacturer and they did eventually come out to the house and fix all the known issues with the windows. I have to admit that I was a little upset to start with, you spend $9000 and expect quality. Jody did come through in the end and did get the manufacturer out here to fix everything. I have to say that Jody NEVER forgot about my windows and always followed through.

After having met with a few window contractors for my home window replacement project, I chose to go with Wisconsin Window Pros. I initially met with Jody (Director of Sales) and he did a very detailed review of their windows â specifically pointing out the various aspects of the windows construction and benefits. He presented by far, the most informative technical information of all of the contractors that I had met with. I ordered the windows and they arrived in a reasonable time period. I worked closely with their installer (who communicated frequently and was attentive to my needs) through the next and final stages of the project. I scheduled my installation on a Saturday. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the project around their estimated completion time. I was impressed that Jody took the time (on a Saturday) to stop by my house and check in with me on the progress of the installation. Overall, the windows look great and Iâ m happy that I selected Wisconsin Window Pros.

I would say the window experience for me was a very stressful one as I think I had about 15 different contractors give me bids. I was trying to get the best window for the best price, but also didn't want to sacrifice quality. Jody came out to my house to look at my job and give me a price. I liked him from the start, he was honest, and up front about everything. After the initial quote, Jody was so easy to work with. Lord knows I probably drove him nuts with my texts, calls, and e-mails with questions. He always answered my questions very promptly, treated my wife and I with respect, and was not pushy in the least bit. He handled all of my anxieties that I had about the windows, and the job with professionalism. He also did something very unique that no other window contractor did, he gave me the website of the actual window manufacturer Climate Solutions, so that I could visit their website and do research into them and their products as well. I did just that, I combed over their website, watched their youtube videos, and even called them a couple times with questions. That was so very helpful in making my decision. It literally set them apart from everyone else. Most places will tell you they have the best windows, but that's as far as it goes. When it came to installation, I was a bit worried as my install day that was set up didn't quite go as planned, as Jody had run into some staffing issues. There was a bit of a mix up with my windows and they didn't have them all on the truck. This was not Jody's normal crew he had always used. They were going to come back next week but did not. I called Jody and left a message. Turns out Jody was on vacation out of the country but the minute he got back he called me up, calmed my fears, and set up the install for that Friday. Friday came and everything worked out, went smoothly, and the windows were installed and look beautiful. They did a great job, inside and out. When the job was complete, I touched base with Jody once again and he assured me I would love the windows, and if I ran into any issues in the future with the windows he would take care of any issues should they arise. I'm not putting this information out here to diminish anything Wisconsin Window Pros did, but rather show people that they can have the utmost confidence in Jody to make sure your job gets done right. We have not had our windows long, but we sure love how they look, they seem much more quiet than my previous windows. I'm confident I made the right decision with Wisconsin Window Pros. I should have written this review sooner but I was hoping to actually use the windows before I did. Well, since it is now mid December, I don't think I will be opening the windows any time soon. I can, however, review the company and the service and both of these things were exceptional. First off, they were not pushy, Also, from the time Jody came to do the estimate to the start of the project, he had complete confidence that they could do the job we presented them with. The main focus for us was to expand a small living room window into a significantly larger one and replace the other 7 windows throughout the house. Jody reached out to all parties that would be involved in this project and they had no doubt they could do the job. We were amazed at the much lower cost this project would be compared to the three other companies we had give us estimates. Jody assured us that lower cost did not mean lower quality and he was right! The windows look amazing and the expansion of the smaller window as well the install of the other windows seemed to go swimmingly. It took less than a week to complete the work and the majority of that was the expansion of the small window. We are very satisfied with how the project went and look forward to opening the windows for some fresh air in the warmer weather.

Jody was great to work with and stopped by after installation to see how things went. One of the screens was really tight to get in and out so he ordered a replacement to be sure we were happy with the product. I love the windows and the prairie design added a lot to the street appeal. Great knowing windows have a lifetime warranty for product and service.

I knew what other people have been paying for new windows from a few other places so when Jody from Wisconsin Window Pros came and talked to us and quoted a price without any pressure I knew it was a fair deal. Everything he demoed and told us was so true and fell right into place as hoped. The delivery and installation went as promised and was professionally done. The finishing on the trim out side looks beautiful. Mika's installation crew was very friendly and fast. We went from 30 year old drafty wood windows to full replacement vinyl windows. Out of 3 different quotes, the window structure, efficiency, and look were about the same, but WI Window Pros were so much more affordable in price. The windows were custom ordered based on the look we were going for and were installed in about a month. My husband said it's like we just upgraded to HD. The view out them is so clear and crisp. The dogs even enjoy them more than the old windows. We love our windows and will definitely contact Jody again for our downstairs windows.

After meeting with 6 contractors, we chose Wisconsin Window Pros. Our initial contact with Jody was positive and informative. The price was the absolute best, but our research of the company was the deciding factor. All of the windows in the industry are similar. The differences are the bells and whistles of the product and after installation service. Reviews of WWP stated that concerns were promptly and satisfactorily addressed and resolved. All window companies have mixed reviews, but it is WWP's service after the installation that gave us the assurance that it was the right company for us. Our old brick home is in the East De Pere historic district and our new Windows look just right. The Windows were installed on a freezing day in December 2016. It has been 9 months since then and we are pleased. Jody called us in the spring to see how we liked the Windows. We've been pleased.

I have been doing a lot of home improvement work. In this case I committed to purchase 8 windows and have them installed. They measured the space for the custom windows, the windows were manufactured per the custom specs, and then installed. This was THE ONLY COMPANY to do exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the amount of money to which we agreed. It was also the most professional of all the jobs done on my house. Finally, contractors who didn't add to the stress of fixing up an old house, but relieving me of stress. I can't tell you how happy I am to have found these guys.

The windows arrived on time and Micah and his crew installed them with no issues.
