"Excellent! Steve is very courteous, knowledgeable, very conscientious, friendly, and very experienced. He totally gave us peace of mind. We had mice living in the wall. He did a thorough inspection of our home and did his necessary work to eliminate the entry points of the mice. We had no contract or extended plan to sign like the big companies. We had made about 5 phone calls to the other companies and did not get a phone call back. Steve answered right away! Wow a live person, how nice not to leave a voice mail. We recommend Elite Pest Solutions highly. If we have any future issues, Steve will be the person we will call. His fees are very reasonable. We can't thank him enough."
