When it came time for installation, the shower turned out absolutely beautiful. They involved us every step of the way, asking about shelf spacing and handle placement to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. We did run into a small issue with the shower handle color chipping, but they handled it immediately and replaced it without any hassle. Their customer service truly stood out. Overall, we are very happy with both the service and the experience."
