"Dan repaired and re-grouted a few areas in our shower. He cleaned and sealed the grout around the shower tile and on the tile floor. He also re-caulked the periphery of the entire tub and around the glass block window. He spent a lot of time removing all of the old caulk and did a fantastic job of re-caulking. I wish the people we had remodel the bathroom would have done it as finely as Dan did. He was friendly, very skillful at his job and cleaned up perfectly after the job was done. I am so happy with his work. I will hire him again. I suggest that you hire Dan, The Grout Doctor, for your next project. Thanks Dan."

We work with all natural stone countertops including classic granite, unusual and exotic granites, marble, quartzite, soapstone, leathered granite, and honed granite. We fabricate custom granite kitchen countertops, marble and granite bathroom vanities, granite and marble fireplace surrounds and mantles, basement bar counters, outdoor bartops, outdoor granite kitchen countertops, granite table tops, and more.

"I wish this experience would have been better. Long process to get this install but gave benefit of the doubt because of the housing boom and supply chain issues. What really upset me was the install. The countertop went in fine but apparently the design we signed off on wasnt followed and backsplash came in more pieces than we agreed on. They had to come back a different day to complete. The 2nd crew that showed was as clean and meticulous as a grade school kid. Caulk all over the walls (and walls not associated with this counter), a chipped wall corner, caulk all over the countertop not cleaned, and the backsplash pieces not lining up to make it look like a $1100 product. I wish more care was given to the install, putting the pieces together, and the cleanliness of the finished product. Plenty of stone companies out there, look somewhere else folks."

To protect your marble countertop from potential heat damage, it’s important to use trivets, hot pads, or other heat-resistant surfaces under hot pans or pots. This precaution will help maintain the beauty and integrity of your marble countertop for the long run.

Granite countertops must be sealed every 12 to 18 months, though some sealants can last for five to 10 years. You can check whether your granite countertops need sealing by applying a drop of water in an inconspicuous area and waiting 15 minutes to see if the water darkens the countertop. If it does, the countertop needs sealing; if not, you can hold off on resealing for now.
