"Everything went very smoothly. Our installers were: Luke, Colin, Chris, and Hector. They were at our place from November 2-5. All of them were very polite. The game plan we were given at the outset of the project went exactly as proposed. There was one minor glitch with the bay window installment, but that was corrected on December 16th, and of course it was a superb job.
