He even came up with a very inexpensive solution to a problem I had with a new window in my kitchen that hadn't been properly enclosed by a previous contractor. I had gotten an estimate of over $1,000 to fix the problem from a masonry contractor, but Mike's guys fixed the problem for me for $100.00.
