John is a straight shooter and a man of his word. He clearly cares about his craft and his reputation. I found him friendly and efficient. His associate, who initially installed my blinds, was similarly professional. Blinds are not cheap, but I feel Ilir I got a quality product and the ones I purchased look great.

I am writing a follow up review, because I was really pleased with the plantation shutter that John customized for my oversized kitchen window, He made sure that I was completely satisfied with the shutters and made sure the design was exactly what I wanted. I know that I would not have been able to get this design from another place. It is so unique
