"They did a great job replacing a length of gutter and installing a new downspout. I had storm damage to the gutter and it had to be replaced. I had a new downspout installed to aid in the overall drainage. After finishing the work, they cleaned all the gutters, reinstalled the leaf screens that had come off during the storm, and cleaned the roof. The installer (owner) was very friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. I would recommend his services and hire him again, if needed. I thought the cost was reasonable."

"Rich came to give us a quote the same day we called. He told us what items could be cleaned and saved and what had to be disposed of. He took the time and explained everything thoroughly. The next morning his crew came on time and got right to work. Rich and the guys did a great job cleaning our basement. You would never know their was ever sewage in our basement. We are very happy with their work. We highly recommend Custom Craft Environmental."

"In short order it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. They replaced the damaged wood. Sealed the opening and reinstalled the skylight. They then further sealed the skylight and replaced the shingles. I feel very confident that it will not leak again.
