"They did a great job replacing a length of gutter and installing a new downspout. I had storm damage to the gutter and it had to be replaced. I had a new downspout installed to aid in the overall drainage. After finishing the work, they cleaned all the gutters, reinstalled the leaf screens that had come off during the storm, and cleaned the roof. The installer (owner) was very friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. I would recommend his services and hire him again, if needed. I thought the cost was reasonable."

"The initial contact was good and the price was fair. So they started the work and replaced the flat roof which went well. Then when they started on the chimney they found they would need to remove some of the roof to access everything which would be some additional cost. I agreed to this and they started the work but then there were delays and communication issues for over 2 months. They ended up not completing the job and leaving me high and dry to complete it myself."

"We both understood that the day of install was a day of unfortunate events: his helper was late , the weather was drizzling on an off that day, his truck brok down and he was there long after the install to repair his truck (past sundown?). Installation of downspout in wrong place was not discussed further by my husband to correct it because he knew Scott was having one of those days and he was facing some serious issues with his cancer returning with a vengeance. Scott had given a 10% discount as a Veteran. He passed Aug 6, 2021."

"I searched on Angi for a gutter filter company on Sunday, after we received an unprecedented amount of rain. Due to the wooded plot of land my home is on, the gutters were full of leaves and debris, causing the rain to flow over and pool near my foundation. I looked at various gutter solutions and have Leaf Filter at my other home. Bobby, from Home Defender Remodeling called me Sunday and came out the same day. He showed me the product, very similar to Leaf Filter, but at an extremely reasonable cost. He made a few calls and had a crew install the entire system on Monday - my gutters were cleaned out and protected within one day of me calling. With the various pitches and complexities of the roof and gutters, I expected that it would take more than one day to complete. I was pleasantly surprised by the installers quick work and professionalism. Now I cannot wait for the next rain to see the system in action. "They were on time and as far as I can tell, did a great job. Gutters look great. I had contacted them about three weeks ago, and he said right then that due to their work load it might nor be for threw-four weeks. It took All American maybe two weeks, and they called, in the morning came out about a hour later and were done by afternoon. Easy to deal with."
