"I am sorry for your frustration. I made every attempt to resolve the situation. Stopping several times trying to troubleshoot but was not allowed in your house. I told you I could only troubleshoot if you allowed me to do so. When your partner finally let me come into your home, I was able to troubleshoot. There were no issues while I was there. Everything worked as it should. I did notice that you were using an AirTV and let your partner know that most likely would be what was causing the trouble you were having. You refused to believe me or stop using the AirTV to see if that was for sure causing the issue. At that point, there wasn't anything else I could do if you weren't willing to take my suggestions. You have since harassed me by phone, text, emails, and letters in the mail. You have threatened me with physical harm several times. I have never in my 40 years had a customer like you and you can see from my ratings and customer reviews that I come very qualified and recommended."
