They responded via e-mail, but the estimator didn't come out until 2/10/22. He said he thought the job could be completed the following week. The job was finally completed on 3/16/22. I wasn't given any explanation for the delays."

He carefully and diligently removed and replaced the old vinyl, glue and strips, He put cording on the step sides to cover a gap between the step and wall - finished product looks beautiful! He also secured a bathroom vanity prior to replacing the caulk.. He ordered and replaced stripped window cranks. Overall, Oscar was very professional, attended to detail and kept me informed throughout the project. Excellent work!"

I rang to set up a date that worked with our schedule and was asked if Saturday at 7am would work.
Saturday was great for us.
7am: The Diaz team showed up and began tearing off the old shingles
8am: New roofing material showed up.
12pm: We did the inspection and very happy with the service and clean up, paid the bill.
