"Scott came out to our house a couple of times to dial in exactly what we wanted. We went with Watry because they were the only certified James Hardie certified installer in the area.   Our house is barn style house and over 5000 square feet with some unique angles, so we wanted the best.  We signed the contract, gave him the deposit and Scott ordered the material.  When the materials arrived they came out and ripped off the existing siding and gutters and wrapped the house in insulation.  We ran into some weather problems which caused some delays, but not too bad.  He had a great crew come out and put up the new siding.  You could really tell they knew what they were doing.   With the weather delays the entire project took about a month, a little longer than planned, but they kept us informed every step.  Scott and his team do a great job."

I had purchased the opener separately, but when Kevin arrived he told me I could have purchased a slightly better opener with installation from JD Griffiths for just about the same price and a better warranty. "Chris was very thorough as we discovered some mold after the demolition was done. Chris took care of that also which added extra time to the job as he wanted it to be treated multiple times before putting the drywall back up. When we wanted some more sanding done Chris did not hesitate to accommodate us and the outcome was great. Chris also did the painting and made sure we were happy before collecting the final payment on the job. I will be using Chris in the future for an insulation project.

"Excellent work taking out old cement between large stones on landing and steps and reapplying cement.  They also tuck pointed the whole stairway structure which is quite large.  They did this over three days, were on time and reliable.

"The work that was provided was just adequate, unusual way to work since the man needed to use the bathroom. the garage door was working well after the service, it was not a great experience, this was just a tune up, so the work was just adequate to make the garage door work properly."

"I had wet concrete in my garage in a small area in the corner, very strange. It has been there for awhile and I have had others out to look at it, even CP Morgan who built my house when they were in business. No one has been able to find what it is and where it is coming from. After reading about this company I was convinced it was a crack in the foundation of the house-and I have NO experience in the business!
Brian came out and began to look right away. Did test after test, using my hose outside, spraying up against my siding to see if it was leaking from that into the garage, drilled a hole into a piece of cement siding brick, both to see if water came through to the garage...NO LUCK. Not like I wanted it to, but what in the world is this.
He also was desperate to find out. He then went above and beyond to help do a extra step to check, which is not part of his business description. He knocked out part of the drywall that has about a inch that is not connected to the brick foundation inside the garage. He wanted to look in it to be sure nothing was wet inside the drywall, very good thought. Absolutely no one, those other vendors, had thought to do that! There could have been mold in there all along. I really appreciated that.

He did not even charge me for the visit. I tried to pay him, but he would not let me. There are  not to many companies around like this anymore.
