Chris took care of that also which added extra time to the job as he wanted it to be treated multiple times before putting the drywall back up. When we wanted some more sanding done Chris did not hesitate to accommodate us and the outcome was great. "Andrew came out to give me an estimate within 1 day of my call to him. I spoke with his son after he evaluated the work that needed to be done and they promptly put a proposal for work in the mail to me. A couple of days after I mailed the proposal with my 50% deposit, I called Andrew and he didn't give a definite date when he would come to do the work, but said it would be within the week. I told him that I could not have any contractors at my house on Monday 9/28 and he honored my request. When I returned home from work on Tuesday, Andrew was there with his crew. He showed me the work he had done and they cleaned up very well after the work was completed. The bricks don't match perfectly, but during the initial estimate stage, he had said it would be difficult to find matching bricks. It looks neat and clean and I was more concerned about the gaps being effectively sealed (we had a problem with rodents entering our basement beneath the porch) than it being a perfect color match."

I do not use them as a general contractor. I use them for when I need something done I call Loretta and she will call the sub-contractors and then call me back and tell me the price."
