It went real well. I found him by word of mouth. He was very organized and knew what he was doing. He got it done in a time that he said he would get it done. I would recommend him to anyone. He is very friendly, professional guy. He has wide knowledge on other areas. I asked him with questions with my furnace and fence.

Talked to Neil on the phone the night before, he said he was looking forward to doing the work...very good sign I had a winner!  Neil got there about 5 minutes before he was supposed to be there.  He asked me what I wanted to do first, which was the gutters.  He got right to work, cleaning and then putting on the gutter caps.  He mitered the corners of the gutter caps also, making it a very neat appearance!  I was concerned about the downspouts being clear and he made sure downspouts worked.  I gave him a list for the rest of the things and right down the line he did them:  re-attached mailbox to pole, installed bird feeder pole, hung 2 pictures, replaced furnace filter, replaced water filter in basement, replaced broken toilet seat, fixed pull out drawer in kitchen, took out middle console on front seat of car & replaced with another console.  I gingerly asked him if he would/could do them, but he did not refuse anything I asked him to fix, knew how!!  Neil was amazing!  There wasn't anything he could not do that I asked,
he was very courteous, listened to what I needed. I gave him the things to replace, but had supplies I didn't have (i.e. wall anchors, etc).  He also was very reasonable, I was happy, and he was worth every penny!!
I even gave him an electric scooter that needed a tune up to take home and look at, he will look at it and give me an estimate on repairs.

Neil is a true pro, very easy to work with, creative, and works h****** the project.  He came in on budget and on time despite a difficult project.  He worked well with the local inspector to make sure that the details were right and the project was done to inspector expectations.  There were no surprises.  Our building is over 100 years old - we will be calling him again!

Neal the handy-man was punctual and courteous. He was excellent to work with and very accommodating. His workmanship was excellent. I plan to use him on future projects.

Neil did a great job and was flexible and fair when the job changed as each piece of the problem was discovered.

Very good experience. Talked with Neil on the phone directly. He was able to fit me into his schedule. He knew what I wanted done and was able to go to work as soon as he got here. I liked the fact that when he was here he was working, not talking on his cell phone etc.

He was very competitively priced, on time, clean, and professional.

Very prompt and courteous.  Understood my wants for the finished projects and followed through to a T!  He built new a new handrail  from scratch (and now up to code). It is even the same style as the house. Great attention to details. He made honest suggestions as when old porch floor boards needed replacement or if he could repair them. Would definitely hire again for my next project.
